3. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors in product information or pricing may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them. If a pricing error is discovered, we may cancel your order and notify you of the correction.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept payments via money transfer or credit card. Echo Brands reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively within Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided upon shipping confirmation. Echo Brands is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged. In such cases:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage. For manufacturing defects, please contact the manufacturer directly, as they offer excellent customer service for replacements.
